Friday! Woohoo! With doctor's appointments and vacation coming up, today is the last Friday I will be in the office for a while. I'm stoked about that! Here are some of the web locales I've been stalking of late and why I love them.
1. ERGObaby - I was turned on to this website by a fellow first time mom due in August. I checked out the products and decided that I definitely want to carry Bunny around in one of these, if it works into the budget.
2. Raising Godly Children: I was surprised to find an article this well thought-out on this subject on About.com. But I did, and I'm sure it's an article I will refer to often as Bunny grows up.
3. Suggested Dividers for a Household Notebook - My pre-pregnancy energy never really came back, but the one thing I have been motivated to do is to create a series of Household Notebooks for myself. This guide is bookmarked and is being utilized as my binders take shape.
4. When Push Comes to Shove - On the pregnancy forum I participate in, 5 babies due in August have already been born. 2 did not make it and are little angels, but 3 are fighting hard to survive. These recent arrivals have reminded me that this baby girl has to come out! AND I HAVE TO DO IT!!! Reading this article (over-and-over-again) is helping with the fear.
5. Zulily - Yep, I'm on Zulily daily. I've held myself in check, though, and have only purchased two dresses through here for Bunny. My Mom, on the other hand, hasn't shown quite as much restraint!
6. Dave Ramsey - When babies come, finances seem more important somehow. The same is true for us. I have been scouring Dave Ramsey for tips, tools, and inspiration to get us ahead, so that one day I can stay home with Bunny and any other little Stars we may have.
So, those are my Linky Loves for today. As you can see, most are baby-centric. Maybe one day that'll change, but probably only when we transition from pregnancy to infant, infant to toddler, and etc. I'm a "Mom" now, so I guess that's going to be where my thoughts (and posts) lead from now on!
