Day Twenty-Nine: Your Hopes, Dreams and Plans for the next 365 Days

Sorry for being MIA so long. I really didn't mean for it to happen, but we've been swamped!

Let's see, it's really tough to come up with what we want to happen in the next year, but I'll give it a go.

My hopes:

Either get pregnant or start the adoption process if we find out we're not able to conceive.
Lose enough weight that we will be able to confidently say that my weight is not hindering us from conceiving.
Spend time doing what I really love outside of work. I need to re-prioritize things and get back to focusing on me and our marriage.

My dreams:

That we will welcome a little "star" into our house in the next 365 days. That only gives us 3 months to get pregnant to make that happen!
Get our budget to where my income is totally expendable.

My plans:

Pay for and have a new roof put on the house.
Organize everything so that we're ready to convert a room to a nursery in a relatively short amount of time.
Get all debt except for the house and the student loans paid off.
Lose as much weight as I can in the next 365 days. I would love to hit my goal of losing 79 lbs., but I will only do so if I do it right and healthy.

Well, I guess that wasn't too bad. MM and I have been talking a lot lately about what our plans our for the next few years. We really want to get our life in order and things paid off so that we're not a burden to anyone, including each other. The best way to accommodate that is through financial peace and that's our top priority as a couple right now. My top priority is to get healthy.

Okay, I'm off! I have to get back to work. We're getting ready for a camping trip and there's lots to do! Hope everyone's well! Thanks for reading.
